John M. Healy, Esq.
Attorney John Healy is a managing partner and co-founder of Healy Law Offices. Attorney Healy has over 15 years combined legal experience in both the private and public sectors. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Massachusetts School of Law in 2004. He earned his Bachelors of Arts degree at Bridgewater State College, and his Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England College. He is a member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association.
Attorney Healy's legal practice focuses primarily on the areas of Criminal Law and Civil Litigation. Before founding Healy Law Offices, Attorney Healy was an Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, where he worked in both the superior court's Felony Unit and in many district courts. Prior to that, he served as a civil litigation law clerk for the Law offices of Johnson, Hassett and Hanley and was an Associate Probation Officer in the Brighton Division of the Boston Municipal Court. Attorney Healy has also worked as a teacher and assisted the varsity football program at Cathedral High School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Attorney Healy firmly believes in giving back to his community. He is on the President's Council of the Norfolk County's Bar Association and is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Norfolk County's Prosecutor's Association, the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the JFK Library. He is a member of the Dedham Board of Assessors, Treasurer of the Oakdale Square Alliance and is an active coach with Dedham Youth Sports. He is a prior member of the Dedham School Committee, the Dedham Finance Committee, and the Dedham Capital Expenditure Committee.
